Head-Phones and Ear-Phones we get in GMAT exam?

I know its kindaa stupid question but can anyone please tell -

What kind of:-
1- Head-Phones (r they jumbo big ones that u use to hear music in borders book shop or big music shops? :-) ) - any specifics/details etc?
2- Ear-Phones (any specific?)
we get in the actual GMAT exam?

which one is better and are they really good and help to concentrate?

i believe it depends on the test center location. i took it in the states and i got foam ear plugs.

small foam ear plugs that go inside your ear - the kind one wears at formula one races

Oh you are serious ;-) I think you should worry about that chair you will be sitting on for 4 hours.

;-) So do you really think that people paid attention to what KIND and BRAND those things are ?

I'll agree with everyone above. The ones they give you are pretty cheap and uncomfortable. Personally, I find the feeling of having something stuck in my ear more distracting than the minimal noise that other test takers make, so I don't use them, but do whatever works for you. I would encourage you to take your practice tests in places that have a little background noise (such as a library) to get used to it.
