Dear rg123,

You have the right building blocks for a competitive HBS 2+2 application. The key is configuring them properly into an outstanding application package. Your essays, recommendations and interview are critical components in your evaluation. As such, you need to convey a solid rationale for the 2+2 program and a realistic career path from now into the future. Likewise, you need to use examples that will distinguish you from similar applicants, especially in the last round where the number of seats available is quite small.

Good luck,
Lisa
