For n=5, x*10^5 = 99.999 which is less than 100.

For n=6, we get 999.999 which is > 100.

Hence 6.

x=.000999999
When is x*(10^n)>100
.000999999*(10^5)=99.9999 which is less than 100
Hence we have to multiply it by 10 one more time
So .000999999*(10^6)=999.999 which is greater than 100
Hence minimum value of n has to be 6
