Take a look at the AWA resources on the GMAT Resource Wiki, https://www.beatthegmat.com/wiki/

One month should be sufficient to prep for the AWA. Take a look at some of the example essays on the resource wiki and do a few timed practice essays in the next few weeks. You should be able to get the hang of it quickly and do fine.
