Got a PM asking for clarification.

"broadcast" is okay because it's past tense.

"Morrison broadcasts" would be correct present tense, but in the past tense we use "broadcast."

read the ARTICLE BY STACEY in this forum and do this question under 1 minute.

The question of this kind in GMATPREP is much harder because the chuck moved is adverbial there. Here the chuck moved is adjectival.

What s wrong with B apart from the fact that it changes meaning

The OA is E. I really liked this question for how the modifiers are placed in incorrect choices.
