Hi I am intersted in getting into Great lakes institute for 1 year MBA program. I have a PhD.from USA (GPA 3.5)/ Masters in Medical Biochemistry (Pass)/ BS 80%, and 3 years of teaching experience in a medical school. My GMAT is 580. Although I am retaking the exam but still just wanted to know are there any chances for admission in Great lakes (Chennai or Gurgaon)

Hi Ekta,

Great Lakes evaluates candidates in a holistic manner and not just based on the aptitude score. The candidates are evaluated based on the quality of work experience, professional and personal achievements, demonstrated leadership and team skills, aptitude and attitude. The school also seeks candidates who can add value to the class in terms of peer learning and diversity. So calls are completely profile based. Though a 650+ is safe score to have, you may go ahead and apply with your current score and update it when you have your new score.
