When refers 'time' not a condition, so D & E are out.

Now, X will happen... If Y happens

so ans shld be B.

Its a simple rule given in MGMAT SC guide:
If X, then Y (Here X is an if-clause and Y is a then-clause)

If-clause in Present Tense => then-clause contains - will + base verb
If-clause in Past Tense => then-clause contains - would/could + base verb
If-clause in Pasr Prefect Tense => then-clause contains - would/could + have + past participle

My answer will be B.
D and E out because they are using "When" which is not appropriate here.
