Hi there,

The BIGGEST problem is the run-on sentence. We cannot start a new thought ("it is...") with only a comma. We'd need either a semicolon or we'd need to make one clause dependent. There's also some awkwardness in the "more...older" construction.

(A) - Run-on
(B) - ?
(C) - Not parallel, awkward "having"
(D) - Fragment
(E) - Awkward -- look how long it takes to get to the subject!

Process of elimination, it has to be (B).
