15. The government's projections on business growth and unemployment, along with its specific reports on prices and wages in individual companies, [indicates inflationary pressures subsiding.
(A) indicates inflationary pressures subsiding
(B) has indicated the subsiding of inflationary pressures
(C) indicate that inflationary pressures are subsiding
(D) is indicative that inflationary pressures are subsiding
(E) are indicative of inflationary pressures subsiding

The plural noun "projections" is the subject of the sentence, therefore we can eliminate all the answers with singular verbs - (A), (B) and (D). "Indicate" is a reporting verb which must always be followed by a "that". Also, a verb is more concise than "to be" and an adjective - "indicate" is better than "are indicative". So (E) is incorrect, but even if it had a "that" then (C) would still be better.
