Truthfully, to do well on the GMAT (650+), you'll really need to achieve 90-95% accuracy on your practice questions. The only way to do that is a two-fold process: learn the tested content, and adopt strong strategies. Once you've mastered the content, you can work on your pacing. It can be a long process, so I recommend you set up a weekly study schedule and stick to it. You'll need to find a balance between GMAT studying and the rest of your life - don't burn yourself out

You may want to start by re-evaluating your study tools. Using a variety of materials: OG, MGMAT, Powerpreps, Grockit, BTG articles, English grammar guides, etc. can really help.

Check out the "Self-Study" section on BTG for the best book recommendations, and of course keep reading the "I Just Beat the GMAT" section. You'll start to see that students who earn 750+ scores put in an incredible amount of work, and use the same materials.
