Hi All,

First of all this is my first post on this forum since joining it a looooooooooooong time back .. :)

I took my first GMAT Prep today.. I have been reading the MGMAT books for Quant while NIL for the verbal prep. (It shows in my score :( .... )

GMATPrep Score (1st May 2010) - 560 (Q48 / V20)

I plan to take my GMAT in the month of August ...
My Strategy was to do the MGMAT and Official guides for Quants this month
MGMAT SC, Powerscore CR for the second month
Practice tests and review of all prepd in the last month

But since now my test results indiacte that I need to prep for vebal (V20) Do I need a strategy shift ???
Thanks !! :)

I'll Rather Suggest to start with verbal and side by side keep doing few questions of quant (DS/PS both) daily.
Also do not skip any section for such a long duration (not more than a week) In fact if you are doing quants for example then do atlst 3-4 questions of CR/SC/RC daily so that you stay in touch. Evn in verbal if u are focussing on SC this week then also do atlst 3-4 Qs of CR/RC daily. regarding the practice tests instead of giving them all in the last month use them as milestones to keep a track of your prep, to find out where u should focus next and change the strategy accordingly.
BEST of LUCK for UR GMAT

Regards,
Abhishek
