i am a 14 year experienced manager in a auto company, could i have my propects better if i apply for gmat, are their any institutes who provide MBA admission without gmat score but based on work experience

Your question is too open I would think. Much depends on what you want to do and where you are. If you are in India, you could check out IIM PG programs. But they require a GMAT score. If you are looking to study in US, you may have to check the websites of the respective schools or contact them with your case.
