If you are 22 years old how can you have 3 years of work experience? I think you are also considering your internships. Please note that an enrollment in a B school mostly requires full time work experience! And about the fees why dont you talk to the student coordinator over there? B schools do provide scholarships. If not then there are private institutes which provide scholarships to deserving students. You may want to do your research on that!

Hey
As rishabh said you could opt for a scholarship. I didnt quite get you are you asking if they have good placement facilities or are have you heard that they have good placements. I think the GMBA program offered by them is pretty good. Considering they have their own campuses spread across three cities around the world it would give you high global exposure.
