Total # of scores = 73
Median Score has to be around 36 or 37th value in order.
You marked, C (bw 70-79), the table shows that only a total of 28 values fall in 50-79 range. So the 28th (max in that range), cannot be the median, since median has to be close to 36 or 37th.
Next bracket 80-89, has 28 values, 27+28 = 55. Means Median falls in that range.

Being defeated is often only a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent.
