Solution:
We have (x*1/100 + y*2/100 + z*3/100)/(x+y+z) = 1.5/100.
Or (x+2y+3z)/(x+y+z) = 1.5 = 3/2.
Or 2x+4y+6z = 3x+3y+3z.
Or x = y+3z.
