is Z and f are on the right of 0.

Statement I

zf is positive

z could be negative
f could be negative
or
z could be positive
f could be positive

Insufficient.

Statement II
z+f = positive

z positive and f negative
z>f
z+(-f)=positive

f>z
f positive and z negative
-z+f= positive

Insufficient.

Combining I & II
zf=positive
z+f=positive

Therefore both are positive. Hence C is the answer.
