(1) It's useful to examine the prime factorization of 70.
We get: 70 = 2 x 5 x 7
If xyz = 70 AND x,y,z are all greater than 1, we know that x,y and z must have the values 2, 5, and 7 (not necessarily in that order, but we don't care about the order; we need only find the sum of x,y, and z)
So, the sum is 14, so this information is sufficient

(2) We can fill in x, y, and z with various values such that x/yz = 7/10 AND have varying sums for x+y+z
Insuffient information.
