As isoceles right-angled triangle so base = height = a and hyp = h
So 2a^2 = h2 using Pythagorus theorem.
so h = a * sqrt(2)
And 2a + h = 16(1 + sqrt(2))
2a + a * sqrt(2) = 16(1 + sqrt(2))
or a * sqrt(2) (sqrt(2) + 1) = 16(1 + sqrt(2))
a = 16/sqrt(2).
h = 16 => IMO B
