The first one is pretty ..dicey ...altough heres my attempt of explantion POE works best here ...

1. Wasps -> lay eggs -> host insects EACt numbers for any size

If too many eggs laid -> wasps compete for resources
If too less eggs laid -> eggs decay

A
B nothing about host defences is mentioned --out of scope
C experience is out of scope
D timing of death has not been memtioned only quantity is talked out more or less
E Nothing about visual clues is mentioned -- out

Thats leaves only A

2. Expenditure riseing by 15 % more per year To stop price rise healt ministry stopped manf from incresing prices. No use od drugs but still price increase each year ..

This one is a bit easier

A
B population has nothing to price increase
C profits have not been talked about --out of scope
D weakens the argument
E weakens the argument

Logically price increase is happening because they are investing more in developing more stuff
