I think you need a subordinate clause after rate, .... so should be cutting.
growing fish as fast as growing .. is parallel or?

I think D.

A 'n' B out because they compare fish to the rate.

as fast as they grow is correct, so C is out.

I think there is nothing wrong with the 2nd part, so I choose D

IMO: C

"Cutting" is required to maintain parallelism with "growing" and "raising"
Eliminate B and E.

In A, it is not clear whether "their" refers to fisherman or fish. Eliminate A.
In D, it is not clear whether "their" refers to fisherman or fish. Eliminate D.
C wins.
What is the OG?

I think too it is C because
growing fish twice as fast as growing... -> parallel and
cutting is also parallel with growing

It has to be D

cutting is parallel with growing
ruling out 2 options, now growing of fishes is compared with the rate in all but D.
Thus, it is the answer

Suppliers are growing fish twice as fast as their natural growth rate
fish growth can not be compared with growth rate
so A and B certainly out.

them is fish or suppliers?
C goes out

and raising
so to make it parallel we need cutting
hence it is D


One query:
Wht all options have they / them?
I know in question "its them" but i think it should use singular case?
What others think out this?
