The answer should be C.

What I do with "must be" questions is get a situation that does not satisfy them.

All the other possibilities need not happen.

What is the OA?

I saw one more variant of this question on gmat prep.
Good question :)

It is c because read the statement about the thursday and check whether they have mentioned that on thursday there is no shipment other than those five.. i don't think so there is.. they never mentioned that on thursday only those 5 shipments went but they've clearly mentioned that on friday there was no shipment for building supplies.. Hence, answer should be C but not D..
HTH :)

(C)

C must be absolutely true. D need not be.
