The three women, liberal activists who strongly support legislation in favor of civil rights and environmental protection, have consistently received labor's unqualifying support.

a. same
b. are consistetly receiving the unqualifying support of labor
c. have consistently received the unqualified support of labor
d. receive consistent and unqualified support by labor
e. are receiving consistent and unqualified support by labor

Ok Folks, Im sorry, but I just don't get the meaning of "Labour's unqualifying support". I originally thought the sentence is referring to Labour Party (like the one in UK) but I was wrong and I can't seem to understand how can one receive "labor's unqualifying support"?

If it's just support of labour (like say more workers helping operations on a mine) why would the support be "Unqualified"? Who wants Unqualified workers?? Same logic of mine applies to "unqualifying".

Can someone explain to me what they mean by
1. "labour" in this sentence?
2. "unqualifying" in this sentence?

Does "unqualifying" mean unconditional kinda thing?

First of all, I don't think, I haven't seen unqualifying used anywhere and so doubt if its even a correct word or a correct usage in the first place.

Second - yes you are right 'Unqualified' here means 'Unconditional' or not limited by any restriction

And Labor here would stand for a labor group (not political party but lets say a union of some sort)

Thanks man. I reviewed that forum before posting, but it did not address my question regarding meaning.
I also posted the print screen from GMAT to demonstrate their use of "unqualifying".
