Year 0: 4 ft
yr 1: 4 + X
yr 2: 4 + 2X
yr 3: 4 + 3X
yr 4: 4 + 4X
...
yr6: 4 + 6X

4 + 6X = 1.2(4 + 4X)
-0.8 = -1.2X

X = -0.8 / -1.2 = 2/3
