D - was a contender but to maintain parallelism with As it is and since it is; i opted A.

E is more clear than others.

A,B, D drugstores - plural should be eliminated because of pronoun its.

I just faced the same question... marked E but the OA is C. Anyone has any explanation for 'C' please?

i think C is the best option, since it describes the case with traditional pharmacies and that case being something to do with prescriptions. not sure though
