1>product of any 2 numbers is zero.

Here we can have two options

a)The set can contain one non-zero item and rest of the numbers being zeroes
b)Set contain all zeroes


So 1 is not sufficient

2>Sum of any 2 numbers is zero.

This can only happen when we have all zeroes in the set.So sufficient

So option B is correct

just write some numbers. for example for (1) I've selected:
1,2,3,4,5 --> can't be.
0,0,0,3,0 --> sufficient?
0,0,0,0,0 --> also sufficient !
2 possible answers.

For (2) I've selected:
-5,5,-5,5 --> that's seems correct, until we try -5+(-5).

So (2) shows that they can only zeros.
