Statement 1:

P + Q = 0.9P

INSUFFICIENT

Statemet 2:

P + 5Q = 10

INSUFFICIENT

BOTH A + B

P + 5Q = 10
P - 0.5P = 10
P= 20

SUFFICIENT
OA = C

I think Statement.1 gives the following meaning:

Customer who buys more than one loaf will get a concession of 10% on each loaf.

Customer who buys only one loaf wont get any concession.

Hence when customer bought exactly two loaves of bread he might have paid a total of 0.9(P+Q)

Hence Insufficient.

Is interpretation correct?

first statement should be



P+Q=0.9(P+P)=>P+Q=1.8P
