OA is D.

But how do you know that "it" refers to the airline and not the "board of directors"?

a. ambigouis "IT"
b. Ambigous "IT"
c. board of directors- is a singular subject and requires singular verb "IT" and not they.
d. is the best choice
e. "and also" makes the choice redundant

if you look at the word before "OF' that will usually give you the actual subject at hand.
