GmatOfficialPrep Mock Test 2 error

Expert replies
by Lucifer11 » Wed Dec 09, 2020 3:40 am
Hi,
For last two days I am receiving the following error when I try to continue my Mock Test 2 and 4 for Integrated Reasoning Section.

"The Practice exam is attempting to display the wrong question. Please click okay to save and exit your exam. It is recommended you logout and restart your browser before attempting your exam again. If you are unable to proceed after reopening your exam contact customer support."

I did drop an email to MBA.com tech support but haven't received a response yet.
Can anyone suggest how to fix the same ? @mba.com @OfficialGMAT

I have logged out of the account, deleted cache and cookies, restarted the browser, logged back in but the issue seems to persist for two days now.
