So, I'm an accounting student pursuing my bachelors at an AACSB Accredited school in the US. I'm currently looking at the university ranked top for their Masters in Accounting program. I just started my application for Arizona State University and saw that they waive GMAT for students graduated with 3.0 GPA or more from AACSB Accredited institutes. All I need is to write an essay as to why they should waive this requirement for me.

Little background about my academic standing:

Major (Accounting) gpa: 4.0/4.0
Cumulative GPA: 3.82/4.0

That's nice that they will waive the GMAT requirement. So is your question whether you should take the waiver? Or is the question what you should say in the essay? If it is the latter, I would assume it is pretty straight forward. Demonstrate your qualities that will be tested in the GMAT. Mainly quantitative experiences. Good luck to you!
