GMAT Verbal private tutor needed (Incentive scheme basis)

I have taken GMAT once and scored 22 on Verbal section. I need help with Verbal section to improve score to 35+.
Looking for a committed expert who can help with guarantee.
Here is what I am thinking:
I am thinking of a incentive based fees system. If you can help me improve my verbal score to 30 I will pay x amount as fees, if I get 35 I will pay x+y and so on so forth. The x & y will be discussed & mutually agreed before we start tutoring sessions.
Let me know if you're interested to take up this incentive based fees model.there will be some fixed fees for sure.

I don't want comments from people who are not willing to take challenge. Only serious and interested tutors should respond and ask for clarification if necessary.

Thanks!
