Finding the author's opinion and tone is not easy. The passages on the GMAT won't contain authors openly stating how they feel.

To discover their true purpose and their true inclinations, we have to pay attention to the subtleties of word choice. We need to pay close attention to the connotation of the words used and to consider all the other words the author didn't use when writing. Dive into this weeks video to learn more.
