Excellent way! I don't know if I am the only one noticing that the question needs rewording. In the first 2 sentences of the prompt, a score of 700 or greater is mentioned, but then the actual question is about a score of more than 700. Let total = 100.
In the grids below:

-- Values calculated based upon information given by the problem are entered in red.
40% take the exam more than once.
10% take the exam more than once and have a score of 700 or greater.
20% of GMAT test takers who take the test only once have a score of 700 or greater.
Total with a score of 700 or greater = 22%.
The correct answer is B.
