1) Complete Princeton Review book.(Already Completed)
2) Take sample GMAT tests (downloaded from GMAC website)
3) Study from the Official Guide
4) Take the Kaplan tests.
5) May take some other tests , my local library provides a website where I can take some free tests.

5) What about the 800 score GMAT tests ? How are they?

Is this a good stragety I am aiming @ about 650-700.
Please Help.

Permutation/Combination topics tend to be overemphasized by GMAT students. In the large scope of things, these types of questions appear infrequently on the test--perhaps appearing in a handful of questions at most on the real GMAT. I wouldn't spend nearly as much time studying these topics as you would spend time preparing for the topics that DO appear on the GMAT frequently, like difficult arithmetic, number theory, geometry, etc. Take a look at the GMAT Wiki (https://www.beatthegmat.com/wiki/) for good resources to get you prepped on these topics.

Your GMAT strategy looks okay, but it's missing a lot of details. I advise you to study my GMAT Blog (https://beatthegmat.blocked) as one example of what one effective study strategy can look like.
