GMAT Strategy guide book set question

In the description of the 4th edition of the book set, it mentioned that the books are aligned with the OG 12th edition. Can anyone tell me what exactly does "aligned with" mean here?
Can I use the 4th edition with OG 13th? Should I buy the 12th edition OG?

"aligned with the OG 12th edition" means that the MGMAT books reference OG12 questions you can practice on to reinforce a certain concept.

So, for example, after studying Probability, the MGMAT book will list the probability questions in the OG12 that you can practice with.

Cheers,
Brent
