A should be correct.

Reason - Subjunctive mood.
Also, condition of is unidiomatic in this sense, condition that is correct.

Yeah, positive.

A few examples -
1) The protesting doctors agreed to return on duty on condition that their outstanding salaries be paid within a month.
2) The professor allowed John to take the Economics course on condition that John attend every lecture without fail.

What is the OA for this?
