Hello,
Just to verify if I did 18 correct answers out of 41 question in Vebal ,what will be my scaled score.Is it calculated out out of 60?Please let me know how to reach the scaled score and percentile with the given no of correct questions.

There is no way to tell this. This is all black magic found inside the cat scoring algorithm - the algorithm that no one but GMAC knows. The scaled score is based on how diffcult the questions are that you are getting right and getting wrong; it is not based on how many you get right or wrong. Of course, getting fewer wrong is better.
