The answer to this question is listed on page 193 in the GMAT QuantitativeReview11th edition. According to the authors the answer is A.
I, however, cannot understand why. If angle BAC=x then the answer is A, but the information seems to be missing.

What is your opinion? Can somebody explain it to me please?
