Based on initial review of few questions in OG 12th ed, I think I will be okay with the Quant section in terms of answering the questions. Still, I do not want to take chance and make sure I do not loose any opportunity to improve my score/speed. Which books/practice questions will be the best to follow in this case?

OG's early questions are easier (some say, way easier) than the real GMAT.

Best options
1) Full OG.
2) BTG practice questions.
3) BTG Forum.
4) You can read the debriefs by the GMAT success stories about what they did for Quant.
5) Kaplan?

I have taken GMAT twice,and trust me real GMAT questions are much more tougher than OGs.They look bit similar to OG though.I would suggest practice questions which Vineesh suggested above.I am referring to
MGMAT and Jeff Sackmann Challenge Set.

All OG questions are actual GMAT questions from prior tests. They are comparable in format and difficulty to the current questions. For help with the toughest questions, try Kaplan's GMAT 800 book. It has strategies for the highest difficulty problems.
