Have you tried contacting any of the tutors listed on gmatix.com? Last time I checked, there were a few in The Netherlands. It's also possible that you could find GMAT tutors on craigslist. And if all else fails, you could take a shot at online tutoring/courses...

Well i'm going to take the GMAT in Amsterdam in December and found this guy on the internet: gmat.gremaths.nl

He's focussing on the quantitative section only, which is the toughest one for me! So i'd probably take his course..

If you are still looking for someone to help with the quantitative section of GMAT, I can definitely help. I am a Canadian expat, mathematics university degree, just arrived in Amsterdam, and I offer in your home math tutoring, one to one, or in small groups, for GMAT quantitative subjects, in English.
I excel in being able to transfer my knowledge to students, and make them understand math logically and easily. Only EUR15-30/hour.
