Hi

I have scheduled my GMAT exam on 4th May 2012. I would like to follow the 3 month GMAT study plan published on this site. Can anyone share your thoughts and experiences who have taken up this plan to crack GMAT. I can spend 2-3 hours per day and 6 hours on weekends. Please suggest me if there are any alternative study plans and with the recommended books. Your help is highly appreciable.

A brief of my profile

Bachelor of Technology Graduate in Computer Science (2006). I am a Software Programmer with 6 years(5 yrs in India and 1yr in Singapore) of work experience in Embedded domain. My target GMAT score is 650+ and planning to take up MBA(Finance) in Singapore/US/AUS. Please suggest me on finding the resources which helps in choosing the bschools. Attached is my resume of work experience.

The plan in general is good; however I would recommend staying up to date with your quant studies as you go into verbal. Also, I would say that you should look to take some more practice tests. Manhattan GMAT has the best stuff right now for those. The one thing I will say is that you shouldn't overkill the number of resources you use - it is better to have a comprehensive understanding of the questions you try than to keep churning through problems.

Hi

From my learning I have understood that taking part in extra curricular activities will be a value addition to my profile during the MBA admission process. Unfortunately I haven't taken part in any of the activities other than my work. Please suggest me on how to present myself during the admission process.
