Statement I) product is -1200

From this we cant find the number of elements

Eg: -400*3 = 1200
-200*2*3 = 1200

Insufficient

From statement 2) There are 6 numbers in the set

It could be
3 negatives 3 positives
1 negative 5 positives
5 negatives and 1 positive

For all 3 cases above the product will be negative

Insufficient
