The free tests have not been updated with new questions so those would draw from the same "Question Bank" for both versions that you mention. Yet the test is adapting to you, so each test you take will not be all the same questions. Just some questions that repeat. You can take each test a couple of times without too many repeats.

There are additional tests that you can purchase from GMAC called the "Exam Pack 1" - these are labeled Exam 3 and 4 when added to the software.
