C

1 stmt gives the ratio needed

and the second gives the number of women as less than 30.

solving both we can get the answer.

A and B alone can easily be ruled out.

Noe lets check the fight between C and E

Qn says
Women:child = 5:2

A says
child:men = 5:11

Now need to find a common equation
containing all 3 ratios

multiply first quation by 5
Women:child = 25:10

multiply second equation by 2
child:men = 10:22

women:child:men = 25 : 10 : 22

now if you look carefully
now of womens will be 25 or 50 or 75 or....

B says womens are less than 30
so only option left is 25
hence with A and B we can solve the question...

Answer: C

Do let me know if you need reasons to eliminate A / B alone....
