Can someone please explain the answer.

RTD

se we know time=30 minutes, distance > 6 miles, avg speed >16 so aussme 16.1*60*60 to convert to hour,

so see min distance he could have ridden in half an hour, if it is greater than 6 than y.

I guess I was wrong.
