My way of thinking

The Qusetion stem gives us the total no of people, people who speak only spanish and also tells us that people who speak german also speak english

Stmt 1: Tells us that there are 60 people who speak only english
Total members - those who speak only spanish - those who speak only english - those who don'y speak any of these three languages = members who speak two languages ( in other words people who speak german)

Stmt 2: this gives us the figure for people who don't speak any languauge

Hence Both stmts are neede to solve this problem.
My Answer is C. What is the OA?.

That is the correct answer. You can see the OA, if you point to a black rectangle.

I agree. Even so, I think we could also find people who speak both Spanish and English.
