Let say there is no redundancy ..... i.e. it only saying 'enough' in place of 'sufficient enough '

then which option you go for.....

i have seen such ques earlier...

point is to select 'which' VS 'with'....

Enough can be used in the following ways:

1. Enough to VERB.
2. Enough XX to VERB.
3. Enough for X.

Example:

This is enough to do the work.
I have enough money to buy a car.
This enough for me.

BUT

Enough XX for something is NOT correct.

AND

Enough XX to do something --is CORRECT.

In this sense, option B will be incorrect even if "sufficient" is omitted from the "sufficient enough"

About the issue of "with" and "which"

Both the with and which are okay. You will NOT be given choices that should be selected on the basis of the split between "with" and "which". There will be another obvious error in any one of them.
