Start first by solving for x. 4 + x = 1, so x must be -3. Replace x with -3 in the table.

Next, solve for e. e + -3 = 7, so e must be 10. Replace e with 10.

Next, solve for y. y + 4 = -5, so y must be -9. Replace y with -9.

Next, solve for n. n = -9 + 10 = 1. Replace n with 1.

Next, solve for z. z + 10 = 10, so z must be 0. Replace z with 0.

Now you can solve for m. m = 0 + 4 = 4, so m is 4.

m = 4 and n = 1. 4 + 1 = 5
