The drug is being sold for three times WHAT?
For three times THE PRICE THAT THE DRUG'S MAKER CHARGES FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT.

The correct answer is C.

Answer choice D has an error of redundancy: what the drug's maker charges = the PRICE.
Thus, the price of what the drug's maker charges = the PRICE of the PRICE.

Thanks everyone, that's what I thought, too! It's from a downloaded package from GMAT PREP, so maybe their OA is incorrect. I was very confused when I saw the answer.
