And M = 3E -> 2M = 6E
So 3H = 2M
Or H : M = 2 : 3. So IMO -> C.
The principle to have the LCM of 2 and 3 here and multiply the number by quotient when LCM divided by that number.

RI2007, I generally got confused by these kind of structures -
- By this, I understood H = 2E but according to you E = 2H. I am really got confused by this. Hope, u r right!there are twice as many English majors as history majors
