Hello

The Ans is A

We solve as quadratic equation. (xy+1)(xy+2)=0

so xy =-1, -2 so value is 2. IS that how you do it. Do not care what is x and y alone as product.

2 -Insuff as x>0, no clue about y or any value.

Thanks
Khurram

The quadratic eq you will get is

(1+xy)^2 = 0
1+xy = 0
xy = -1

hence A
